ABSTRACT: This document describes the view of Telcordia on generic requirements for Video Special Access and Local Channel Services, and associated audio channels. Specifically, it covers Commercial and Business quality services, TV3 and TV4. It provides interface illustrations and technical specifications that are established for these services to enable compatible operation.
