ABSTRACT: This document provides the view of Telcordia on generic requirements that bonding and grounding hardware shall have in order to avoid interference with the operation of telecommunication networks and provide bonding and grounding that is compatible with telecommunication networks. Throughout this document, with few exceptions, the requirements are derived independently of the capabilities of anticipated hardware technologies; the requirements are based on the needs of telecommunication networks.
