ABSTRACT: Issue 3 to GR-376 provides the following updates: The NDC Information Model discussed in Section 5 has been modified to include additional circuit switch measurements for the following: Local Number Portability (LNP), Simulated Facilities Group (SFG), Inter-LATA (Tandem) Trunks, Integrated Digital Carrier Unit - RT, Integrated Services Line Unit, Integrated Services User Part, Intelligent Peripheral Trunks, Advanced Services Platform - Toll Free, Automatic Coin Telephone Service, Multi-Switch Business Group, Digital Network Unit - SONET, ISDN Measurements, Defense Switch Network Measurements, Operator Services Position System (OSPS) Measurements, Cellular Telephone Service Measurements, Frame Relay Service Measurements, Announcement Generator Measurements, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Measurements, Virtual Private Network (VPN) Measurements, AIN Traffic Accounting Counters, Account and Authorization Codes (AAC).

The NDC Information Model in Section 5 has been modified to include additional SCP measurements for the following measurements: AIN services, AIN service subscriber measurements. The NDC Information Model in Section 5 has been modified to include additional measurements to support audit warning and threshold crossing alert functionality for ATM NEs. The NDC Information Model in Section 5 has been modified to include additional ISP Traffic Off-load measurements for the following: Internet Traffic Off-load Data Gateway Channel Group Measurements by traffic type, and RTIP Subscriber Measurements by traffic type.

Issue 3 of GR-376 has been modified to align with the Telcordia Generic Requirements CORE document process. This process supports the use of an ILR mechanism to introduce and socialize the nonproprietary comments on the NDC information model.
