Business Group Call Waiting (BGCW) notifies a busy user (under specific circumstances) of an additional call and provides a procedure that allows acceptance and handling of the call. This Generic Requirements document (GR) provides the view of Telcordia on generic requirements for four Business Group Call features: Call Waiting Terminating (CWT); Call Waiting Incoming Only (CWIO); Call Waiting Originating (CWO); and Dial Call Waiting (DCW).
