Business Group Automatic Callback (BGAC) allows a calling party who encounters a busy station on an intra-business-group call to be notified when the called station becomes idle. An intra-business-group call is a call between two lines in the same business group dialed using the intercom dialing plan. This Generic Requirements document (GR) describes the view of Telcordia on generic requirements for BGAC.
