ABSTRACT: Calling Identity Delivery on Call Waiting is a CLASS feature that allows a customer, while off-hook on an existing call, to receive information about a calling party on a waiting call. The calling information is transmitted almost immediately after the customer is alerted to the new call. This Generic Requirements document (GR) provides the view of Telcordia on generic requirements for Calling Identity Delivery on Call Waiting.

GR-575 replaces TR-NWT-000575, Issue 1 and Revision 1, but contains NO TECHNICAL CHANGES from that original document. It has been issued strictly to conform with the new Telcordia Technologies document format and GR process, and carries a new issue number and date. For your convenience, the revision has been interfiled into GR-575.
