Outgoing Facility Group Queuing (OFGQ) is a per-outgoing call feature that provides a flexible means of improving the use of private facilities, including the capability for the customer to specify the use of queuing with direct (code) access to private facilities. This GR describes the view of Telcordia on generic requirements for the Outgoing Facility Group Queuing feature, which improves the usage of a customer's private facility groups.
