ORDERING INFORMATION
ABSTRACT: GR-730 replaces TR-TSY-000730, Issue 1, but contains NO TECHNICAL CHANGES from that original document. It has been issued strictly to
conform with the new Telcordia Technologies document format and GR process, and carries a new issue number and date.
Provisioning-Driven Memory Administration (PDMA) is a set of network operations functions that update the database contained in a
stored program controlled Network Element (NE). The purpose of these functions is to insert, delete, and modify data within the NE
databases, and to retrieve selected subsets of the databases to verify their contents. This Generic Requirements document (GR) provides
the view of Telcordia on generic requirements for PDMA. Although PDMA applies to all types of NEs, the scope of this document is
limited to Network Transport Elements (NTEs).
