ABSTRACT:
Operations functions include memory and system administration, network maintenance (surveillance and access and testing), network traffic management, measurements and data generation. In addition, such technology includes generic requirements for operations interfaces, user system interfaces, generic operations interfaces, operations application messages, and embedded operations interfaces.

This Generic Requirements (GR) document provides pointers to the mature Transaction Language 1 (TL1) messages contained in the "(OTGR)." This document is organized into tables that provide listings of the TL1 Operations System-Network Element (OS-NE) Command Messages and TL1 Network Element-Operations System (NE-OS) Automatic Messages. The creation of TL1 messages in an ongoing Telcordia process.

Every effort has been made to ensure that this document is an accurate map of these messages at the time of its publication. As new messages are developed, they will be added to future issues of this index.
