ABSTRACT: This Volume is the second in a six-volume set. It contains the industry recognized phrases that appear in the Adjustments and Other Charges and Credits section of the bill and Billing Data Tape (BDT) and the associated phrase codes that are provided on the BDT. In addition, this volume also contains the conditions of use for each phrase code and any pertinent notes. NOTE: The updates contained is this issue is the removal and addition of related Phrase Codes.
