ABSTRACT: Volume 3A is the fifth in a series of documents supporting access billing. It contains edits that Exchange Companies should apply to the Billing Data Tape (BDT) prior to the release to the customers. Edits include balancing routines and element indicator population cross-checks. NOTE: The updates contained is this issue is a rebranding of the document from Telcordia Technologies to Ericsson.
