ABSTRACT: This Technical Reference (TR) contains the overall transmission requirements and objectives for the Operator Services System (OSS). The digital transmission network plan and analog plan for the OSS are presented, the transmission technology and OSS interfaces are briefly discussed, and the OSS trunk connections are described. In addition, this document contains the transmission performance requirements and objectives.
