This Technical Reference (TR) presents the view of Telcordia on generic requirements for transport of Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Access (PRA) service capability through the telephone network.

The TR contains generic requirements for network access equipment and interfaces associated with PRA service capability. It also describes network operations features and communications with Operations Systems.
